Hi himachal,

Welcome to GRACE. I’m sorry, but for legal and practical reasons it is not possible for us to provide any relevant guidance with regard to the interpretation of your blood tests. Your own local medical team, with access to all of your medical information and the opportunity to examine you in person, would be in the best position to interpret your results.

I hope that they will be able to answer all of your questions very soon.

Hi himachal,

I understand that you have replied to the email notifying you of my response rather than posting here. So although your response does not appear here, I will try to more clearly explain why we do not have a substantive response to your post.

First, the focus of GRACE is cancer education; we do not provide general medical information nor specialized information on other areas of medicine. The ENA screening you have had tests for the presence of antibodies that may indicate the existence of various autoimmune conditions. As such, interpreting such test results is outside the expertise and focus of this site. In addition, our guidelines for posting topics state that interpretation of lab results is beyond the scope of what we can address here.

Although I still believe that you will receive the best information from your own doctors, there are resources on the internet, better suited to your line of inquiry, which may be helpful to you. For example, the American Association of Clinical Chemistry has a web page with information on the ENA test, along with a number of links to other relevant pages. You can find the AACC page here: https://labtestsonline.org/tests/extractable-nuclear-antigen-antibodies-ena-panel

Again, I hope that you will have the answers you seek soon.
