I’ve logged on to check new posts and responses and now can’t log off like I used to. I don’t like just shutting down my browser without logging off a site as it leaves me vulnerable to viruses. Where do I now log off?
Take care, Judy

Hi Judy,

When you’re logged on, do you have the black bar across the top of the window, with your name at the far right? If so, click on your name and “log out” should appear on the drop down list. Is this the way you were logging off in the past?

I’ve never had a black bar across the top and still don’t when I log in. I use to go to Profile and then a drop down to Log Off. I’m going to try it again now. Thanks Jim!
Take care, Judy

Still can’t log off. If I shut down my browser it eventually closes my log in. Not sure what’s happening. Even tried refreshing and it doesn’t work. Can’t get to that Profile area anymore.
Take care, Judy

I’ll have to ask webmaster Mark about that. I have the black bar across the top both on my Windows browser and Android phone browser, and Lisa does too, so I’m not getting it just because of moderator status. When I click on Profile on the GRACE menu bar, I don’t see an option for logging off.

I’ll let you know what I find out.

Also, what type of system? PC, Mac or other, and which browser do you use?

I have a laptop and Windows 10 and have had no problems until the day I posted. When I clicked on Profile next to the Donate icon, it would bring me to a colorful page and I’d click up on top and the menu would drop down to Log Off. Take care, Judy

Hi Judy,

Mark has added a “Sign Out” link to the profile page. Let us know if that’s still not working for you.
