Does anyone have any experience or input on this trial? If so, can I get some input? Also, can you qualify for this trial if you've been on Tarceva before? Thanks

If you've had Tarceva before you'd be excluded. It's a randomized trial to test dacomitinib against Tarceva.
Also no guarantee you'd get either drug being randomized with placebo's in each arm. Here's the trial page.
