NF1 mutation in sarcomatoid carcinoma of lungs - 1291255

Good morning everybody,
Posted here before about my mother-in-law in Delhi, India. She was diagnosed with sarcomatoid carcinoma of lungs (pleomorphic carcinoma) about three weeks ago. We just received FoundationOne test results. The found NF1 mutation. I searched the forum and found a couple of threads from two years ago. Wanted to check if there is any newer information on this mutation?
