my dad stge 4 lungs cancer undergone pleurodesis 3 months ago .too much pain at the puncture site in side part of chest. Onc tols slowly pain subsides but after 3mnths it started elevating. he is having 2 painkiller everyday. his pain even doesnt aloow him to sleep well.. plz anybody suggest to releive his pain.

Hi pramod,

I'm sorry your dad is experiencing this increasing pain. Aside from trying to control the pain with medication, it seems that it would be wise to have the site examined to try to discover the cause of the pain.This is really a problem that his own doctors are best equipped to handle.

Good luck discovering the cause and keeping his pain under control.
