my name is sunny.
from last few days i have pain in my throat.
i have hard lump under my adam's apple..
dont know what it is i think its Cricoid cartigle..its hard when i touched it
and i have pain in that area only.
Bad Breath also.
some white lines on bank of my throat.
so is it normal to have lump under adam's apple.

From an online vantage point, it would be impossible to say whether what you are feeling under your Adam's apple is abnormal , but if you have new symptoms that concern you, a consultation with your doctor would be advisable.
I would caution that you should not assume a diagnosis of cancer, since these are common symptoms which in the vast majority of cases do not represent cancer.
