I have pain in my lower right back between bottom of rib cage and hip, on the back. There seems to be a swelling, hopefully not a tumor. I've been nauseous and fatigued and not sleeping all that well. Can't lay on that side as it causes pain. Will be calling doctor in a.m. but does anyone have any ideas? Thanks!

I definitely think it's worth
I definitely think it's worth a call and a timely evaluation -- I can't say what's going on, but that sounds like a concerning collection of issues. Depending on how much pain you're in, I'd hope you can be seen as an outpatient sometime very soon. If not, your oncologist may suggest being seen in an ER to get a quick evaluation.
