was dx in 2008 with non small adenocarcinoma lung cancer with bac features had a surgery and 3 radiations now in 2024 back going to my bones several large tumors in my lungs if you dont have the mutation for targerted therapy will imunnotherapy work its stage 4

just wondeing if there is anything new ref. adenocarconoma with bac features if you have tested neg. for all of the things out there to help treat this cancer.

Good to see you :). There isn't anything new specifically to bac. Same as before. Do as little as possible.

Dr. West as you probably know is one of the formost authorities of bac. His most recent bac info is a series of videos posted within the last 6 months. They should bring you up to speed or at least be a review of how bac is best treated.
