Just went through some archived posts on Crizotinib trials fr people who are not Alk positive or Tarceva and Crizotinib together. Would like to know the latest studies regarding this toic as the studies I read on ths site were old, 2010, 2011.

Would like to go on Crozotinib but no mutation test done. Almost failed on Tarceva.

There is no further information available, no major data presented or published on this subject. At the present time, outside of a clinical trial crizotinib is not recommended for people who don't have an ALK or ROS1 rearrangement.
