Welcome to Grace. Unfortunately there still are no targeted therapies for KRAS. The link below from JAMA network discusses this. You may need to register for free but you won't need to buy a subscription.

Trials can be found at clinicaltrials.gov The following link is a results page for "nsclc" and "kras". Note that you can filter the results. At the top of the page you can add specific country and state. On the side of the page you can filter by whether trial is currently recruiting, complete, have results, etc.
