Right Side Breast - 1290580

I my Name Is Sunny i am 28

I am worried about Breast Cancer

As i Noticed A lump In my Right Breast the Left,

Lump Is Soft and some time Painfull.

I have Flat Nipple And Areola Of right Side...

But When i touch The Nipple It Becomes Hard.

No Discharge from Nipple...

Before Marriage I Was Slim..

Now After Marriage I Have Belly Fat and lump was also noticed after Marriage...

So is This Harmonal Change.
