Hello,
Is there the possiblitily that a TKI could be used in conjunction with Dislufiram + CU for lung cancer patients with EGFR mutation?
It seems both medicine work through different mechanisms.
Is this a feasible clinical trial in the future?
I have only read on a clinical trial for Disulfiram + Cu and Radiation Therapy.
Thank you

Hi phineas629,
Hi phineas629,
I'm not aware of dislufiram + cu being used as an anticancer treatment by any lung cancer specialists. There are trials testing combinations of tki and chemo but there hasn't been clear data stating a combo is better than sequential use.
Sincerely,
Janine
