While we work on making audio and video presentations available as podcasts and on youtube, I wanted to make the initial video presentation available for people who want to see the format and have an internet connection fast enough to download a LARGE file (>80 MB) in a timely way. I know a few of the slide transitions are too abrupt (in fact, there's brief overlap at one point -- I'll fix that). These should be a small tweak to fix, but I wanted to give people an idea of the format.
