Hi all sorry I havent been on here for awhile, everytime I came on I saw how much it had changed and didn't have the patience to figure it out, but a trying.
Can't remember last time I was on but think was before July, well in July I had to go back on Alimta/Carbo because I had growth. Did good on it until January, stopped working so I was put in a clinical trial with Tarceva and MetMab which they think is not working so will have scans again this month at the end, if not working I am to be sent to Centennial Medical Center, Sarah Cannon Cancer Center, to see if I can get in their clinical trials. Other option is Taxotere.
I hope this finds you all doing well.
Take care,
Sandi

Sandi,

I'm glad you persevered and gave us an update. I'm sorry the tentative conclusion is that your current treatment with Tarceva (erlotinib) and MetMab (onartuzumab) isn't working, but it sounds as if you've got a few potential options for next approaches. Please do keep us informed.

Good luck.

HI Sandi. . ..

We've missed you! Welcome back and thanks for the update. I'm sorry about the trial drug not working (potentially). .. but feel really hopeful about all your other options.

xoxo,
Much love to you. . .

I agree - welcome back Sandi! Glad to hear from you. Sounds like you've had a lot of chopping and changing - must be stressful as well as frustrating. Good luck with the scans.

Hi Sandi,

Good luck on the scans and that you have good results from whichever treatment you choose, whether continuing on the trial or something else.
