It's not unusual to have nosebleeds with anit-angiogenesis drugs such as Cyramza or Avastin, but it should be reported to your doctor so that he/she can make a recommendation. That being said, if this is only one occurance since a previous Cyramza infusion, that doesn't appear to be a significant problem.
I hope your doctor can provide reassurance.

Any contraindication would be based on the severity of the actual nosebleed(s), not necessarily by the change in the hemoglobin level, especially since the hemoglobin level may decrease from the chemotherapy component of treatment. A nosebleed generally wouldn't be a reason to discontinue treatment, but Jim's comment about discussing it with your doctor definitely rings true here.
