Thank you Joe! So good to hear kind words in a matter so very dire. It's the shared understanding that completes the name Grace to this organization. I hope you are good.

Merry Christmas and Yuletide Greetings,
Janine

Agree. This is a fantastic site. Although the forum is now mostly responded by very knowledgeable moderators, Jim and Janine, instead of Dr. West, I applaud the intensification of Professional Video Posts by Doctors. It provides timely and comprehensive coverage of the subjects, a much more efficient use of expert resources.
Jim and Janine, thank you very much for holding the forte.

Janine, I have a request that if you can ask the admin support to open up the DONATE form to allow access by global fans, as current form demands the entries of State/Province and ZIP Code specifically for United States. Two years ago I encountered the same problem and it was fixed immediately.

Wishing everyone at CancerGrace A Joyous Holiday Season.

Thank you for your kind comments, NJ. All of us who are on staff at GRACE see this as a labor of love, as each one of our lives has been touched by cancer. I know that Janine feels just as I do, that we could never repay the debt of gratitude we owe to Dr. West and GRACE, and that the best way to try is to share the knowledge we have gained here.

I have forwarded your request regarding the DONATE form to our friendly GRACE webmaster Mark, and I'll let you know when I have his response.

Wishing you the happiest of holidays!

Hi there! Thanks for letting us know about the donate firm. I will have a look at it - we recently did a bit of a facelift, and it must be a default that I missed. My apologies!

I'll get it changed asap. Thanks again for the heads up!

Hi again -
NJ, I have gone over the donate form and am not seeing the problem that you are having. It appears to not demand zip or address/state/province. I ran my card and did not enter any detail other than name, email, card info, and it worked fine. this is assuming you are going through the GRACE form, and not clicking through to PayPal. I don't have much control over the PayPal requirements, but they seem to allow any kind of currency as well.

I am not sure what the issue is at this point. Can you give me a bit more detail? you are welcome to email me separately at dbrock (at) cancerGRACE . org.

Thanks!

Hello again NJ -- I looked into it further and called our gateway company that processes donations, they had a new fraud protection setup on our system. Always a good thing, however in this instance it blocked you. it should be good now... Please do NOT redo your donation - I believe I can rerun the existing attempt. if there is any problem I will let you know.

thanks once again for alerting us.
