Great new video post by Dr. Riley on Treatment Options for EGFR T790M+ patients on Jan 9. It highlighted the common approach to EGFR patients: 1st/2nd Gen TKI( median duration 8-13 months), followed by 3rd Gen TKI (median duration 8-10 months) upon developing T790M resistance. I wonder if there is any observation from that pool of data to correlate first duration and the second, for example, to say that a durable response to 1st/2nd TKI would increase or decrease the likelihood of durable response to 3rd TKI.
