Hi Certain Spring, Dr West & Community

Just wanted to let you all know my little nodule turned out to be benign and apart from a bit emphysima am in good health. I want to thank you all for your thoughts and encouragement and to thank you Dr West for GRACE and the podcast on smoking cessation.....

I will be logging on from time to time to see how you are all doing, i won't be saying much but you are all in my thoughts and prayers.
