This may be a question for Dr. Walko, but all input is welcome - -
Are there any counterindications with Progivil (i.e., Modafinil) or Nugivil and Alimta? Fatigue has become a big issue for my Mom and I want to be armed with some information before her appointment with the Med. Onc. tomorrow.

I am pretty sure that there is not a contraindication for either of these with Alimta (pemetrexed).

Laya,
Fortunately, Alimta does not interact with much so the Provigil should not be a problem with it, however, Provigil itself does have several drug interactions so I would just have your pharmacist check your mom's medication profile carefully to look for any other possible interactions.
