An enlargement of the thyroid without FDG uptake tends to indicate, if anything, a process other than malignancy. We would defer to your local doctors on any other thyroid issues, as much more information, including your medical history and physical exams are needed to assess the scan results, and in general GRACE focuses on cancer issues.
I hope that the scan result does not indicate any significant abnormality.
