Most often swollen lymph nodes are swollen because they are fighting infection, often without you even knowing you have an infection. So it's probable this isn't malignant. I've found Mayo Clinic's website to be helpful. I looked up "swelling of the inguinal lymph node" on their site and came up with this list of links.
