Sorry to hear you're having problems logging in. I'll do my best to help.
Can you tell me what error or unwanted result you're having when you try and sign in?
You mentioned that you're trying to sign in using the Profile button, however, when you try this, does the button say "Profile" or actually "Sign In | Join" before you click it? If it says "Profile," then that means that you're already logged in to your GRACE site account.
It would also help to know what operating System (including the version) and brand of Browser (including version) you're using.
