I have not seen the doctor yet happy to say that my report says there is no consolidation seen on the previous nodules seen in my lower right lung no growth but it does report New interlobular septal thickening This is my second lobe removed (adenocarcinoma) this time no adjective chemo to follow could this thickening be cancer coming back
Thank you in advance for any help anyone can give

Hi,
It's possible that the thickening could represent recurrence, but it's often something that radiologists overcall. Given the other good news in your report, I would view that report in a positive manner and discuss the findings with your doctor.
