Have multiple nodules with one showing some activity on PET scan and biopsy is BAC with EFGR positive.
Oncologist and surgeon have agreed with wait and watch, What is appropriate time for scheduling CT scan?
What is natural activity in these tumors?

I'm glad you're still watching the BAC and not had to start treatment. There isn't a "natural" activity for BAC though it does sound as it yours is quite slow growing. The time between scans depends and ranges from yearly to 6 and 12 weeks depending on how aggressive the cancer is.
