Does anyone know if aortopulmonary and paratracheal adenopathy and noncalcified nodules including perihilar enlargement goes along with pneumonia or fungus growing in the lungs? What does it mean to even have all of this showing up in the lungs?

These could potentially be from infection (such as a pneumonia, or TB, or some others), or inflammation (such as sarcoidosis), or from cancer. This is why the appearance on imaging studies doesn't make a firm diagnosis: we need to get tissue via a biopsy and see the results under a microscope before drawing conclusions about what something is or how best to manage it.
Good luck.
