James is a seasoned operations leader with 15+ years of experience leading business operations, project management, and innovation teams in the pharmaceutical industry with specialized knowledge in patient access, patient support, and clinic engagement. James currently leads product development and operations for Lyceum Health, a digital health software company operating in the United States and Canada.
Prior to Lyceum Health, James was a part of the senior management team that led GMD Pharma’s acquisition by McKesson Canada. Subsequently, as part of the executive team for McKesson Canada’s Specialty Health division, James led a cross-functional business operations team supporting 1000+ staff and developed a 5-year digital strategy.
James received an Hon.B.Sc in Biochemistry and Masters of Biotechnology from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Schulich School of Business.
