Dr. West, I saw my ONC today for CT result. It seems everything is still NED except for the fluid in my left Lung. The Radiologist said there was some tissue floating in the Fluid. Made reference it could be Cancer. She didn't seem to think it was anything to worry about? What do you think? I go see my Lung Dr. On Weds and he can actually bring up the CT and look at it. Would like some background possibly questiond i can ask? Radiologist call the fluid Stable but not sure if he knew I just had it drained on the 7th of Aug. I can't pronounce or spell the work Radiologist called the fluid in my lung! Oculated? Thanks!

The word is "loculated", meaning that it's broken up into partitioned, closed components. Because of this, it's not possible to drain it completely.
A pleural effusion is notoriously difficult to assess the significance of, so we don't tend to consider it a definitive measure of progression. Because of that, it makes sense to defer to the judgment on its significance to your doctor.

Thank You! Any comment on the substance floating in the fluid?

No. That's not something I'm used to seeing reported, so I think you'd be best served by talking with someone who has seen the scans and is directly involved with the details of your case.
Good luck.
