Hi all,
My husband ,53 years old has diagnosed stage 4 adeno on February 2015, metastized to bones , liver and brain.He is EGFR + but exon 18 G719X, He has done 12 radiation treatments to brain and some bones and used Tarceva 150mg for a month but after progression, stopped tarceva and began chemo.He will have his second chemo next week and we don't know the results yet.I want to ask you about Neratinib, is there anyone with EGFR exon 18 G719X using Neratinib?There is a study with a very small number of people about it .I hope this can be a chance for us ??

The study you may be referring to was conducted by GRACE contributor Dr. Lecia Sequist and colleagues and reported in the Journal of Clinical Oncology in 2010: http://jco.ascopubs.org/content/28/18/3076.long As you say, it was a small number of patients, but since options targeting that mutation are limited, it might be worth seeking out a trial of this agent.
