Low Blood Sugar - 1250141

I had my last Chemo (Cistplatin/Alimpta) about 11 days ago. Today around noon I became very dizzy, light headed, and was seeing spots. My girlfriend, who is diabetic, tested my blood sugar and it was at 57. Is there anything about my chemo that could cause this? I have never had this type of problem before?

Charlie, to be on the safe side, I hope you have or will contact your cancer center about this. Chemo doesn't normally cause low blood sugar counts but not eating well because of chemo can.

You be careful,

I agree. No, there isn't any particular reason that chemo should lead to a low blood sugar.
