I'm very sorry about your diagnosis and confusion. Lung cancer and stage III A especially is one of the most difficult to understand because there are very few cut and dry, specific treatment plans. Our faculty have often described III A as the most controversial to treat. I'm going to ask one of our faculty to respond to your question and you should hear back within the day.
I hope you're able to come to an understanding and that it relieves some of the stress I know you're dealing with.
