Hello -
Does a dilaudid patch exist with extended release? We have tried all types of pain meds for my mom. Dilaudid seems to be the best, but she needs to take it every 3 hours. And, is EXALGO the same as Dilaudid - just with controlled release?

I am not aware of a dilaudid patch. I have only used the fentanyl patch. Yes, exalgo is an extended release version of dilaudid.
