I don't know of any way you'd be able to determine the metabolic activity of BAC cells other than via a PET scan, which shows where glucose is being used at a high rate (including normal bodily functions and other conditions such as infection or inflammation).

Thanks for the reply, Jimc. I just wondered if BAC was typically highly glycolytic, but iI guess it isn't quite that simplistic ? we were looking at the possibility of treatment with a 3BP protocol, which could only be effective if the disease is glycolytic.
