Diagnosed 6/11 with stage IV lung cancer EGFR +. Latest CT showed the liver mets overall morphology have changed from heterogeneous in appearance with enhancing and seemingly cystic/ necrotic components to more uniform and predominantly low CT attenuation and smooth well defined margins.
Are these lesions responding in a way you have ever seen? Are they dying or growing?

Unfortunately, it's not possible for us to infer that from a report, not being able to see the images or know more about the context. Your oncologist should be able to clarify this issue.
