Tulane Study edited to give new link, http://www.tulanesurvey.com/
The survey asks about people’s healthcare preferences, demographics, and health history. It also presents some recent research findings that may be relevant to patients. We hope that the study will build knowledge that can help individuals with cancer to be more satisfied with their care.
We would be happy to answer any questions you may have. You may ask a question by responding to this post or by emailing Principal Investigator Michael Hoerger, PhD at mhoerger@tulane.edu.
Thank you very much! We really appreciate your help!

This subject is very dear to many and needs much more attention.
I checked the link and didn't get access to the survey so here's a new link, http://www.tulanesurvey.com/
I hope we have some members here to take this survey. Although the OP states she's recruiting people with breast cancer to contribute the study is for all types including lung cancer. As a matter of fact if I'm not mistaken the palliative care data on which this survey is built was on palliative care for people with nsclc discussed by Dr. Pennell here, http://cancergrace.org/cancer-treatments/2010/07/30/is-palliative-care-…
