Hello - not a big deal but I thought I would report that I started taking the survey announced in the weekly digest at this link http://cancergrace.org/lung/2016/01/28/survey-on-decision-making-in-lun… on my mac in a firefox browser and got as far as the sample decision guides. the instructions had said something about closing the window taking me back to the survey, but the decision guide sample did not open in a separate window, so I didn't understand what to do. I didn't see a continue button and I thought I was supposed to close it. I had several tabs open. I first tried the back button and got a content expired message. Then I returned to the decision guide page and went ahead and closed the tab. Sorry if I miss-read the instructions. I decided I had enough energy to tell someone, but not to try it again or troubleshoot the issue myself. I am not the target for the survey anyhow. Hope this helps someone. Thanks.

I just took the survey and it is a little confusing. When you get to the question that tells you to look at another page, (PCI decision), it tells you to close the page when you're done and it brings you back to the survey. But it doesn't. It close the survey. So I just clicked on it again on GRACE'S home page and it brought me right back to the last question. Hope this helps.
