What does "Mildly hypermetabolic right hilar nodes measuring up
to SUV max 5.8 are favored to be reactive" mean? Having a hard time getting my Oncologist to call me back to explain this...this is from a PET Scan reading.

I believe that 'favoured to be reactive' means that the radiologist believes that the lymph nodes are not malignant but are 'reacting' to an infection. What is the overall impression of the PET scan report. Does it say 'no evidence of metastatic disease' or something like that?
