GRACE Community Outreach Team

GRACE is having our annual Targeted Therapies in Lung Cancer Forum on March 15, 2025. It's a virtual, interactive patient education event that includes presentations and panel discussions covering topics related to molecular targets in lung cancer. This event also offers an opportunity to ask questions of the experts in a Q&A session.
Speakers include top medical professionals presenting patient-focused discussions to educate the patient and caregiver communities to become advocates for their own health and well-being.
I joined GRACE as a caregiver for my husband who had a Pancoast tumor, NSCLC stage III in 2009. He had curative chemo/rads then it was believed he had a recurrence in the spine/oligometastasis that was radiated. He's 10 years out from treatment.

Hi amitchouhan,
Welcome to Grace. At this time, there aren't any targeted therapies to treat SCLC, but there are new treatments. Check out our latest OncTalk webinar from December. The last video on this playlist is the entire webinar, which is 2 1/2 hours long. The first part is all about SCLC, and the playlist contains individual shorts from the webinar.
I'm sorry that you need this info but as you will gather from the videos, the oncologists are quite excited to have new improved options for those who need them.
Best of luck and don't hesitate to ask questions as they arise.
Take care,
Janine

Hope to see you there!
