As international teachers our contracts take us to countries outside of NA, Aus, Europe and we are usually left to try to source and resource for ourselves. Luckily, as my wife being a 5yr veteran of ALK wars, we needed and found some quick and inexpensive (self funded, no insurance) Cyberknife and Truebeam in Istanbul Turkey (Medipol). .
Recommendation
5 Hospitals in Istanbul have excellent options for radiation treatments with full package plans. Very inexpensive and good international departments with state of the art technical devices and training.
Questions
1.We are hoping to use our wide web of you interested, knowledgeable and supportive members to find a location other than US for the new test that is able to identify and isolate changes to the ALK mutation?
2.Further, as Saule is beyond 2nd generation (Ceritinib and Alectinib), any suggestions/information on status and efficacy of Lorlatinib and other 3rd gen options would be much appreciated?

In addition, you may be able to find clinical trials for your particular location at clinicaltrials.gov, which covers the entire world.
