Brian is an experienced development professional with five years of demonstrated history of working in University advancement, volunteer development, and nonprofit management backed by a master’s degree in Organization Development and Leadership. As an extroverted and personable communicator with a proven track record in developing and executing numerous events and programs, Brian has a focus on building strong, professional connections throughout his work. 

 

As a volunteer for the past 4 years, Brian has helped plan and execute the Philadelphia Zoo 5K Walk/Run event to raise much-needed funds for innovative research, life-saving patient services, and federal advocacy through the GO2 Foundation for Lung Cancer (a merger of the Bonnie J. Addario Lung Cancer Foundation and Lung Cancer Alliance). This experience sparked interest to get more involved with the fight against cancer which led to him working with GRACE as a Fundraising Coordinator.

 

Originally from Philadelphia, where he currently resides, Brian completed his undergraduate and graduate degrees at Saint Joseph’s University, where he was also the school’s ‘Hawk’ Mascot for two years. Outside of his professional career, Brian enjoys inspiring others to improve wellness and commit to long-term health and fitness goals as a Vinyasa Yoga & Yoga Sculpt Instructor through training specialization in vinyasa flow, cardio, and strength training.
