my mother had breast cancer 5 yrs back.compleyed surgery of breast removal and had harmone therapy for 5 yrs and recently diagnosed with metastasis in bones and adenocarcinoma in lungs
she is given biophosphonates injection for 3 days and currently undergoing radiation therapy for metastasis identified in bones region only
she completed pet ct scan, biopsy, ihc, and ct coronary angiography, chest xray.
we are trying to test EGFR, ALK, ROS1, PDL1 stating that will take 17 days to get results

I have been in Xalkori for 2 months, A current CT scans shows the Stage 4 NSCLC (ROS1) is stable. An EKG shows a higher QTc (596) since the last EKG 4 months ago (450), Since the Xalkori may be affecting this would merely stopping the drug and waiting a week or two for a followup EKG be recommended or should I be more concerned?

Well, here we are, barring any last minute complications my wife should start the TAK-788 trial next week. She has already had her main blood work and a CT scan. All she needs now is an updated brain MRI and a blood test for magnesium and bilirubin.
This seems to be an option for everyone with brain metastases (inform your doctor as it is quite new) ) Here are links to research done in Spain in 2017 where patients brain mets improved significantly by taking silibinin :
