I was just thinking that it may be helpful for you to let us know what type of cancer is being treated because I doubt there's a chart our doctors can readily point to. At least one that doesn't have a high price tag/yr to access.
Also Dr. Walko our onco pharmacologist will be a better person to ask asap after we hear back from you.
Sorry for the delay and for your need to know.

The reason I need this, is to know if I should approve adjuvant treatment with G-CSF (in caee the F&N risk is above 10%).
If someone knows of a table like this - I would be grateful.
So if you have a patient under a chemotherapy regimen - how do you know whether to consider G-CSF (>10% F&N)?
Do you have a specific source maybe? Book, website?
"Both ASCO (American Society of Clinical Oncology) and NCCN (national comprehensive cancer network) guidelines recommend neulasta prophylaxis when the risk of febrile neutropenia reaches 20% and I think that this guideline is very reasonable."

This sentence is linked to a file that provides a document that includes a breakdown of the more common regimens for various cancers that are associated with high and intermediate risk of neutropenia.

These two posts by Dr. Weiss may be helpful:

In the second post, he notes that:
