My Dad - 1265967

It is with a heavy heart that I announce that my dad passed away early this morning. I am so thankful and grateful for everything grace provided during his illness. I am also thankful that he had almost no opiate-level pain throughout his illness, with the exception of 3 or 4 days. He was provided comfort care for the last several days, and I am glad he did not appear to suffer from untreated air hunger or other uncomfortable/painful end-of-life complications.

Best,

Seth

Seth,

I'm very very sad to hear your dad is gone. I know how difficult it is to have a precious life end even as one is beginning. My dad died just 8 months before our first baby (my sister's baby, my nephew). I don't think he touched the ground for years because we just couldn't let go of the beautiful new life that he was.

I wish I could be there to help y'all out. I'll be there in spirit.

Seth,

I am very sorry to hear of your dear dad's passing. Lung cancer is a cruel disease, taking too many good people from us. My thoughts will be with you and your family as you struggle through these difficult days.

Wishing you peace and comfort.
