Ct guided lung biopsy
section a shows well differentiated acinar and many papillary structures, which are lined by columnar cells. these cells show mild mononucleosis. the stroma is mildly infiltrated by neutrophils and lymphocytes.
adenocarcinoma - predominant papillary well differenciated grade 1
advice ; corelation with radiological and clinical findings is also recommended
is it curable or treated,
chances of her survival for more years
