There aren't standards of care specific to resistance to crizotinib though there is quite a bit of thought about it. There was a patient forum held several months ago on the subject and I've pasted a link to a list of several of those videos, Spoiler alart, alimta seems to have very good efficacy for those with the ALK mutation. http://cancergrace.org/lung/tag/alimta/
