Is there a standard 2nd line therapy for an ALK+ patient after progression on Crizotinib? If not, what are the options?

Thanks,
Mark

Hi Mark,

There aren't standards of care specific to resistance to crizotinib though there is quite a bit of thought about it. There was a patient forum held several months ago on the subject and I've pasted a link to a list of several of those videos, Spoiler alart, alimta seems to have very good efficacy for those with the ALK mutation. http://cancergrace.org/lung/tag/alimta/

You may already be seen by a team at a major research institution but I wanted to leave you with this post as well. It talks about the advantages of seeing an academic researcher before transitions in treatment.
