I have a dear friend who has been diagnosed with BAC. It is localized but has affected 25% of her right lung. I'm trying to figure out what stage she might be in to get a feel for her prognosis?

It really depends on the size of the area involved and whether there are lymph nodes involved, or any disease outside of the lung lobe where the main cancer is. The staging should be something that can be clarified by speaking with her doctor(s), and I don't think it's feasible to try to guess it without having all of the relevant details.
