how are accurate are CT guided micro coils for marking small lung nodule, I had this done to mark one the nodule was 8.7mm but what they ended up taking out when they did Vats Wedge resection was a 4mm lymph node so am just a little concerned that they screwed up and thoughts?

I don't know that this has been studied. I'm afraid this is a question that is beyond the scope of what we know, because it's really one of trying to establish diagnosis. As oncologists, we really focus on management of established cancers.
I'm sorry I don't have an answer for you, nor do I think anyone in our faculty is especially likely to have one.
