Have read that oncologists are now using the food supplement, Poly MVA on stage IV lung cancer patients in combination with other chemo treatments and it has made a remarkable improvement. Can Poly MVA be combined with Xalkori with positive results?

There is not much evidence that it improves the efficacy of any treatment regimen. It was discussed in this thread:

There is certainly no evidence to say anything about its interaction with XALKORI (crizotinib). As Jim said, it's not demonstrated to improve outcomes in lung cancer. I have never recommended it, nor do I know any lung cancer expert who has ever recommended (or mentioned) it.
