hello, I want to apologize for my English that is not very good but I hope I get to make you understand, my mother had cancer of the pancreas she had surgery and chemotherapy after a scanner was it detected a portal cavernoma, he had another chemotherapy but had thrombocytopenia which prevented him from doing his chemotherapy, the ultrasound was it detected splenomegaly, and for some time she has ascites and a fever that lasts 7days then, please tell me why it costs these symptoms? is that it\'s serious? what is the treatment she says follow? and thank you in advance for your answer

Hello aline, I very sorry your mother is going through these difficult problems.
I will ask our doctor who specializes in pancreatic cancer to comment. I must confess I don't know enough about this type of cancer to say anything about it; even whether it translate into questions he will be able to comment on.
Cancer is so complicated that it's a language all it's own.

I'm afraid I think it's not going to be possible for us to know the cause of her symptoms, which might be from the cancer itself, or possibly from infection or just inflammation after the surgery.
