Retroaortic left renal vein and vertebrae imaging - 1259827

Just read something about this abnormalities and how it affects the vertebrae.

PET Scan read "Photopenic area at L3" and no other areas. The FNB and Core Biopsy came back Negative for malignancy.

Bone Scan reads "Lesion at T12 on prior CT and MRI does not show increased activity on this study. Moderate focal uptake in the L3 vertebral body corresponding to lytic lesion on CT and MRI.

On the CT it reads " A retroaortic left renal vein is present."

Would this retroaortic left renal vein be causing the abnormalities at L3 and
T12?

Just wanted your professional opinion and thoughts while we are waiting for more scanning to show that nothing has changed.
