Hello, thank you for this invaluable resource. Do you know of any oncology clinical trial sites in orange county California? More specifically, it would be for a patient ( my mother) already two weeks into treatment with Gilotrif for stage 4 (liver, spine & brain, s/p successful spinal fusion and gamma knife) lung adenoca. If not, can you suggest resources for how to locate clinical trial sites by locale? Other than searching through all the trials on clinicaltrials.gov? Many thanks in advance, Brian

Welcome to GRACE. Clinicaltrials.gov is usually the best way to look for trials, and you can enter your search terms and limit your results to California sites here: https://www.clinicaltrials.gov/ct2/results/refine?state1=NA%3AUS%3ACA Unfortunately, California is a large state with many trials, so you'd still have a lot to wade through.
One option that might be easier would be to visit the webpages of nearby cancer centers to look at their listings of current trials being offered at that location. In that way, you'd be limiting your search to locations that you would find convenient.
